Thawing Process:: If you know you’re making it the next day, thaw overnight in the fridge. For a quicker hack, put it in a bowl of cold water, and let a trickle of cold water run into the bowl while excess water goes down the drain. Pat them dry using a paper towel. Season with kosher salt. I usually cook 12 pieces (2-3 servings).
