Inspired by Westside Tavern’s cucumber G&T. Unfortunately they permanently closed down recently, but this place is where i was introduced to infused (with herbs) drinks/craft cocktails over 10 years go!

Kumquat means golden orange in Chinese. Originating from Southeast Asia, it’s very rich in Vitamin E, A and eating the peel provides a small amount of omega-3 fats! So id say, drink up!
