Burrata & Dragonfruit

Ingredients

• dragonfruit (mine is backyard to table!)

• burrata

• fresh mint leaves

Drizzle with olive oil, dash of kosher salt and lemon and you’re good to go!

My dad’s dragonfruit plant! Why buy if you can get it for free? ;-)
